Richard Sallybanks comments in the Financial Times on the FSA insider dealing case against former Cazenove banker
On 11 March 2010 an article in the Financial Times entitled "Watchdog has still to crack the big one " invited comment on the third successful prosecution brought by the Financial Services Authority following the conviction of Malcolm Calvert, former partner in the investment bank Cazenove.
Richard Sallybanks was quoted as saying "The real test comes in their ability to bring to trial a major City insider dealing ring - which, based on the statistical evidence, must exist."
