Samantha Moore - Partner

Samantha Moore specialises in commercial fraud, regulatory matters and the defence of high profile prosecutions brought by the Serious Fraud Office, HM Revenue & Customs and the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.

Samantha also has extensive experience in general criminal litigation, including the defence of prosecutions for drug and other serious offences.

Samantha qualified with BCL Burton Copeland in 1995 and has been a partner at the firm since 2002.

During her time at BCL, Samantha has been involved in numerous SFO prosecutions, including BCCI, Tobias Gibbins and Imperial Consolidated.

Samantha also advises on restraint and confiscation proceedings.

Samantha is a member of The Law Society and the London Criminal Courts Solicitors’ Association.
